Hello, since I am a boring recluse and not on Facebook or Twitter or anything remotely exciting, I am emailing to give my view of my recent experience.
"I recently went to the dentist for the first time in over 15 years. I had not particularly enjoyed the dentist experience when I had last visited, so, like a coward, I avoided it.
The inevitable outcome of 15 years with no dental work was that I needed no less than 5 fillings, which I was absolutely dreading. However, Ilona and her team were exceptional and I barely felt a thing - the whole experience was relaxed, professional and easy. I would definitely say that they completely changed my view of dentists and having to have dental procedures. I had all five fillings in one visit, and it was completely hassle free.
Helen, the practice manager is a joy too - a wonderful welcoming face of the Company, and clearly loves what she does. It comes across in every conversation with her, and her passion about what she does relaxes you as a customer too."
